SLERWA (Sushant Lok Extension Residents’ Welfare Association), Regd. No HR/018/2014/01318 , has an operating area close to 600 acres , spread across 17 Blocks { Sushant Lok 2- A,A1,B,C,D,E Blocks ( Sector 55 & 56) , Sushant Lok 2- (F & G Blocks) and Sushant Lok 3 all Blocks ( A,B,B1,C,D,E,F,G,H) .

Colonizer : Ansals’ Buildwell (licenses issued since mid 1990s and colony development started)

Colony operations & maintenance was handed over to Municipal Corporation of Gurugram from 1st of July 2022.

Mr. Pawan Yadav

President

Mr. Pawan Yadav has been dedicatedly serving as the President of SLERWA for multiple terms. Known for his dynamic leadership and commitment, he has been the prime driving force for infrastructure improvement and development of Sushant Lok 2&3 area. On professional front, he is a prominent businessman in the real estate and hotel industry and has wide experience of working with government authorities.

Mr. Sunil Nebhnani

Vice President

Sh. Sunil Nebhnani, is the Vice President of the RWA , is a B.Com (Hons.) graduate from Delhi University, is a retired gazetted officer from the Ministry of Finance, Revenue Department, Government of India. With a disciplined approach to life, he is an avid morning walker and an active laughing club member, spreading positivity in the community. A true horticulture enthusiast, he is passionate about greenery and contributes towards making the surroundings more vibrant and eco-friendly. His dedication and experience and positive attitude make him a valuable asset to the RWA.

Mrs. Sudakshina Laha

General Secretary

Mrs. Sudakshina Laha is the General Secretary of SLERWA passionately steering the society affairs and has been working on the ground for more than a decade for development of SL2&3 . Being an engineer ( M. Tech, I.I.T Delhi) and a senior executive working in an MNC in IT & Communications Industry , her strong management & technology experience helps in streamlined and strategic coordination with civic authorities , government as well as operational implementation of services to the residents.

She is a strong believer of positive and united community participation to continue further development of SL2&3.

Mr. Ramesh K Sehgal

Treasurer

Ramesh K Sehgal is an ex-banker serving the RWA as Treasurer. His diligence , honesty and transparency in managing all financial activities related to the RWA is widely appreciated by all . He shows keen interest and contributes in all other RWA actitivies , has extensive legal understanding as well as long term social service experience and is a pillar of strength for SLERWA.

Mr. Anurag Batra

Joint Secretary

Sh. Anurag Batra, serving the RWA in Joint Secretary role, is an alumnus of Bishop Cotton School, Shimla, and a B.Com graduate from Delhi University, is a hardworking and dedicated individual committed to the smooth functioning of the society. With a professional background in banqueting and catering and expertise in the export of ready-made garments (RMG), he brings strong organizational and management skills to the RWA. He puts in significant effort in the society activities and plays a crucial role in all the community engagement.
